Subscription Terms

These terms explain how recurring in-game subscriptions work in Era of Kings.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions are purchased through the store associated with your device. The store confirms the price, billing period and applicable taxes before you approve a purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it through your store account before renewal. Removing the game does not cancel an active subscription.

Access and changes

Benefits are granted after the store confirms a valid purchase. We may adjust or retire a subscription with reasonable notice; benefits already granted remain available according to the applicable purchase terms.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the store that processed the transaction. Contact support if a confirmed purchase has not been delivered to your account.
